Metal Panel are one of the most attractive features of a Metal Building System, having contributed mightily for the growing popularity of Metal buildings. The term “Panel” in this context refers to the metal skins used as roof and wall panels, interior roof and wall liners, partition panel, fascia panels, soffit panels, etc.
Steel Solutions color panels are rolled out in single skin trapezoidal shape by roll forming line maintaining proper design solution and optimization between extra
stiffness and materials consumption. Sheets are custom roll-formed to suit given site measurements to a maximum length of 12m (appx. 40′-0′). Depending on site accessibility for delivery, sheet length between 0.1m and 12m require special transportation.

The Steel Panel is corrugated from Pre-Painted Steel Sheet whose base materials has minimum thickness of 0.42mm (Base metal thickness, BMT) & Yield Strength 550MPa made out of cold rolled steel and shall be coated with anti corrosive layer of hot dip metallic Aluminium-Zink alloy coating of Aluminium (55%) & Zinc (45%).
